At our University, we believe everyone deserves to work and study in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued. Whether you’re a student, a member of staff, or part of our wider community, your dignity matters.
We know that how we treat each other shapes our collective experience, and that’s why we are committed to creating a space where everyone within the University community can study and work without fear of bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation and sexual misconduct.
Our Dignity at Nottingham Policy is here to support that commitment. Rooted in our core values of inclusivity, ambition, openness, fairness, and respect, it provides clear guidance on how we can all help build a culture where everyone feels able to be themselves and thrive.
We encourage all members of our University community to read the Dignity at Nottingham Policy and understand the important role each of us plays in upholding a respectful and supportive environment for all.
