If you choose to leave us, we would like to give you the opportunity to tell us about your experiences as a member of staff at the University of Nottingham and why you have decided to move on via a leavers questionnaire. The questionnaire gives us valuable information on why people choose to leave. It concentrates on:
- reasons for leaving
- training and development
- information about your future destination
Once the HR Department has been informed of your intention to leave, they will send you a web link to the leavers questionnaire. The information you provide will be strictly confidential. The questionnaire contains a mixture of individual and employment related questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
We have designed this questionnaire as part of our commitment to improve our employment practices. The questionnaire provides us with valuable information about why staff leave the University. This information allows us to better understand our staff, and find out what the University does well and where we can improve our employment practices.
