The University will be entitled to make deductions from your salary for any sums owed to the University. Acceptance of a University Contract of Employment will be regarded as authorisation for the University to deduct any overpayment of salaries or expenses or any other kind which have been made to you from any salary, holiday pay or any other monies to which you are entitled.
