Flexible start and finish times may be introduced at the discretion of your Head of School/Department. Details of any such flexible arrangements and the recording of hours are for the School/Department to determine locally, but are subject to audit. You will not be forced to work a flexi-time arrangement and your Head of School/Department is not required to introduce such an arrangement in your School/Department.
You should be working in your normal site for the "core hours" ie between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm (if you are full-time you will normally be required to have a total of one hour unpaid break each day). Your Head of School/Department will determine any other limitations on when you can start and finish within such flexible arrangements.
