Also, introducing the University’s new Employee Assistance Programme, a confidential 24/7 service freely available to you offering advice and support with a wide range of challenges and problems you may face. Whether you need medical advice, wish to arrange free face-to-face counselling or need support arranging child care, this service can help you.
Employee NUS card: Providing you access to purchase a TOTUM card, the new name for the NUS Extra card.
The card provides you with over 200 UK student discounts and comes with a 1 year free International Student Identity Card providing access to 42,000 discounts internationally.
Employee communication: Linking to all the University’s regular employee communications, staff networks and information on University cafes, bars, parking, trade unions and putting you in touch with the wide range of clubs and groups available to you across the University.
Recognition: The Exceptional Performance Bonus, Special Recognition Bonus and long service awards will continue to operate. The current arrangements and approach (including non-monetary) relating to employee recognition continue to be reviewed.
