The Society for Museum Archaeology Annual Conference

Bookings are now open for the Society for Museum Archaeology (SMA) Annual Conference 2022. The conference takes place on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 September 2022 and this year’s theme is ‘The Museum as a Resource’. 

This year there are options to attend in-person or virtually. The in-person conference will take place at the University of Nottingham Museum and will be livestreamed to our virtual attendees on Zoom. The conference will take place in the Music Recital Hall and the Angear Visitor Centre, as well as their being a fieldtrip of atour to the City of Caves.

Students can attend the whole conference in person for £30.00, a single day for £20.00 or virtually for £10.00. Purchase tickets via the Eventbrite link above.
