You are invited to attend the Classics Research Workshop, Tuesday February 12, at 5pm in A3, Humanities Building. This event is being held in association with the Centre for Late Antique and Byzantine Studies, The University of Nottingham.
Our speaker will be Dr David Gwynn (Royal Holloway) speaking on: ‘ "If you enquire whether the bath is ready, the answer is that the Son was made out of nothing": Doctrinal Controversies and the Late Antique Historian’.
The paper will be followed by drinks and dinner. Please let Esther Eidinow know by 12pm on Monday 11 February, if you would like to dine with the speaker.
