Authentication issue resolved - 1 June update

The authentication issue affecting access to library resources was fixed at 2pm on Monday 31 May. You should now be able to access your library account and resources via NUsearch as normal.

We are sorry for the disruption. We know that some of you were trying to access materials to complete assessments and to revise for your exams. Please be assured that your schools and departments will carefully consider the impact of this issue during marks moderation and Exam Boards. 

Schools and Departments have contacted students who will have been immediately affected by this. If you haven't heard from your School or Department or have any further concerns, please contact your Module Convenor.

The University has a range of services to support your welfare, health and wellbeing throughout your studies. You can seek advice about any issue affecting your study and University experience. We will be here to listen, help and can support you in accessing other specialist services you might need.
