Study space check-in - from Monday 8 March

We are introducing a new check-in process for study spaces in libraries from 8 March 2021.

We understand that sometimes you may unable to use your pre-booked study space due to circumstances out of your control.

To help us make more spaces available to others at short notice, we will be asking students to check-in to their study space.

Check in within 30 minutes of the start of your booking. Any spaces that haven't been checked-in will be automatically released for others to book.

How to check in

Check-in is quick and simple. Just follow the instructions on your confirmation email or on signage displayed at the study space.

• Running late? You can check into your space from anywhere – simply use the link in your email or visit the Click and Study Check-in page. 
• Booked back-to-back sessions? Please check in at the start of both sessions.
• Leaving before the end of your booking? You can also check out when you have finished using the space using the same web address and code.
