New release for PRIMIS CHART

New release for the PRIMIS CHART software tool 19th March 2014

ALL users of PRIMIS CHART will be able to install a new version of the software following a recent update.

This latest version of CHART has been developed to be compatible with new functionality in an exciting new audit tool, Warfarin Patient Safety, which is due for imminent release.

Please note: the next time you access the 'Check for updates' function in CHART, you will be required to download the new CHART version before the audit tool downloads become visible

How to get the latest version of CHART

It's simple to update CHART:

Open CHART and click on 'Check for updates' on the home screen. This will prompt you to log in and then open a new webpage with a download link for the latest version of CHART
Click on the link and a webpage will open with instructions
It is IMPERATIVE that at this stage (with the webpage still open) that you CLOSE DOWN both CHART and EXCEL or the upgrade will not work correctly
After closing CHART and Excel, return to the webpage and follow the onscreen instructions

PRIMIS recommends that you update CHART at your earliest convenience.

PRIMIS provides a helpdesk service for anyone using CHART, CHART Online or any of the PRIMIS audit tools. All PRIMIS customers, including basic and full members of PRIMIS Hub, can access support from a member of the PRIMIS team using the helpdesk service.

The helpdesk service is funded by Boehringer Ingelheim Ltd. The service runs from 11:00 to 14:00 weekdays.
