A new case study has been published on the PRIMIS website, focusing on the work that has been done so far in West Hampshire CCG on the PINCER intervention programme. In a CCG that has already been praised by Wessex AHSN as a 'CCG with a good record on medication safety', the CCG's Medicines Optimisation Team were still able to reduce the number of people at risk across every single [PINCER] indicator.
