The latest code release has now been incorporated into Diabetes Care and this new version is already available for download. [Go to ‘Check for updates’ within CHART. New version available since 21st May 2016].This is another step in our commitment to upgrade and improve Diabetes Care in 2016.This year we have already seen one new upgrade to the tool during April and we are already developing improvements to the case finder and summary sheet (these will further assist reporting of the Public Health England Diabetes Prevention Programme), which will be available later this summer.Please note, as this latest version is a minor upgrade we will not be altering the Instruction booklet or the quick guide flyer.
