This year's Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine (PPV) Uptake Survey audit tool is now freely available to all PRIMIS Hub members based in England.
The purpose of this data collection is to support the Chief Medical Officer Immunisation Programme for older people and at-risk groups. The PPV Uptake Survey audit tool has been designed to provide the details of vaccinations given to people aged 65 and over as per the Chief Medical Officer's Letter (31 March 2005).

How to access the audit tool
All existing PRIMIS Hub members (basic or full) can obtain this audit tool using the 'Check for updates' facility from within CHART.
Please note that there has been a recent update to CHART (issued on 19/03/2014). You must first upgrade CHART before you will be able to download the PPV Uptake Survey audit tool - please use the 'Check for updates' facility to do this.
