You may have noticed that we’ve started to change how we refer to our tools.
All tools are now referred to as ‘quality improvement tools’ (except our software tools CHART and CHART Online).
We believe that 'quality improvement' is a more accurate description and reflects the breadth of uses and benefits that these tools offer for practices, CCGs and other organisations.
Over the next few months all the references to audit tools will be replaced in documentation and online.
Please note that this is only a superficial name change and does not affect any of the tools themselves nor any instructions or information about the use of the tools.
