Psychology (conversion) MSc/PGDip

This course is aimed at graduates who wish to pursue a career in Psychology (such as a clinical, forensic, educational or research psychologist), but who do not possess an accredited honours degree in Psychology. It confers eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership of the British Psychological Society.

All attend a selection of modules to cover the core areas, and a limited number of more specialised elective modules. MSc students will then complete a research project over summer. Please see the prospectus for the entry requirements for these two courses.

What our students say

Sara Garcia

Studying for the Psychology Conversion MSc at Nottingham has been an extremely rewarding experience. It gave me a great overview of the main areas in psychology and helped me develop my critical and analytical thinking. I particularly enjoyed completing a research project in one of my areas of interest.
