TERMIS talks Biomaterials

Dr Mahi Amer recently gave an oral presentation at Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society, Inc., (TERMIS) World Congress. The title of her talk was “Discovering New Biomaterials that Influence Mesenchymal Stem Cell Function and Fate: Working at the Crossroads of Chance and Knowledge”. The TERMIS 5th World Congress was held between 4-7 September 2018 in Kyoto, Japan, and is held every three years.

Dr Mahi Amer is a Post Doc working on Research Challenge 3 (Advanced Materials for 3D Stem Cell Differentiation and Regenerative Medicine) of the EPSRC Programme Grant in Next Generation Biomaterials Discovery. Mahi joined the project in 2017 working on differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells to bone.
