Professor Derclaye talks at the University of Amsterdam and at the Dutch branch of the international association for copyright

Professor Derclaye was invited to give a lecture on the UK approach to copyright and AI at the Institute for Information law (IViR). She talked about the different provisions of the UK copyright act and the current UKIPO consultation on the matter as well as the Getty Images v Stability AI High Court litigation.
