Professor Irit Mevorach chairs a roundtable discussion on asset tracing at an UNCITRAL Colloquium

On 6 December 2019, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) held a Colloquium on Civil Asset Tracing and Recovery.  Professor Irit Mevorach chaired a roundtable discussion which focused on the practice of asset tracing and discussed how asset tracing and recovery works across jurisdictions in various contexts.
