The Limited Effects of Fundamental Rights on Copyright Exceptions

Workshop on Intellectual Property Law

Dr Bernd Justin Jütte spoke on an invited panel at the 4th Workshop on Intellectual Property Law in Szeged.

His presentation mapped the recent case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on copyright and fundamental rights and explored different scenarios how this could affect the interpretation and application of copyright exceptions in the EU.
