Adios Meritxell Abellán Almenara

The project team would like to wish a fond farewell to research assistant Meritxell Abellán Almenara, who has been assisting the project  since August.

Meritxell has provided invaluable support to the project, both contributing to the data collection and forthcoming research on the emerging concept of human dignity as it relates to life imprisonment. Meritxell, who graduated LLM (with distinction) from Nottingham on 9 December 2014, leaves us to take up a professional internship in Barcelona, Spain while completing a legal practice qualification; in this we all wish her much success.
