PhD success … conversation success

Congratulations to Raluca Nicoras, who graduated with her PhD on 23 July 2025! Raluca’s PhD thesis is entitled ‘Test methods for group conversation: Operationalising conversational success’ and was sponsored by WS Audiology A/S. Raluca investigated the concept of conversation success in group settings, using self-report, behavioural, and observer-based methods to understand how people with normal and impaired hearing experience and evaluate conversations.
