VUIs and the Wizard of Oz

For the last six months, I've been involved in a project that has required exploring the language we use while interacting with a Voice User Interface (VUI). I've been studying a particular domain and making use of the Wizard of Oz (WoZ) technique, but my current interests lie in understanding more about how these sorts of studies can generate tractable data that can be adapted for use in other systems.
