Traditionally made from metals, the use of a plastic buckle could provide more flexibility with the blanket. They approached the PMC looking for assistance with a mould tool design.
Our expert team produced a mould tool design and manufactured a mould tool for free through one of our previous ERDF programmes, Enabling Innovation, which enabled the client to start manufacturing the buckle in large volumes.
