The business approached the PMC for assistance in the manufacture of a bespoke stainless steel flange for the creation of a new electrolyser.

Our highly skilled technicians consulted with the owner on the critical parameters of the flange, including the dimensions and materials of other components which are to be incorporated into the electrolyser design, so the manufacture would be completed to the correct tolerances.

Once the design of the flange was agreed by both parties, the unique flange was manufactured using the state-of-the-art equipment at the Precision Manufacturing Centre and the product was successfully delivered to the business.
