The Orchard Hotel is located next to the conference venue (The East Midlands Conference Centre) and the Jubilee Conference Centre is only a free shuttle bus away. Abstracts are to be submitted as an email attachment (in PDF format) to 3rdrenalmri@nottingham.ac.uk
Please follow the format of the Abstract template to submit your abstract, indicating in the email your preference for oral or poster presentation and which of the meeting topics is most relevant to your abstract.
Stipends are available only to student/trainees who are first/presenting authors of the submitted abstract. If you wish to be considered for a student stipend please indicate this in your email.
The submission deadline for abstracts and student stipend applications is Wednesday 17th July 2019.
