In order to confirm your membership package and the associated discounted rate, our team require evidence of your status. Please see below for the requirements for each membership category.

You can submit your paperwork easily online via our form below. If you have any queries at all, please contact our Membership team at membership@nottingham.ac.uk.

Alumni and Associate members

Please upload a scanned copy or image demonstrating one of the below:

University of Nottingham graduates (including PGCE) - degree certificate
East Midlands Open University student - formal certificate
St John's College staff - ID card
University of Nottingham chaplains - University of Nottingham staff ID card
Employee of University of Nottingham Students' Union - Staff ID card
Employee of University tenants at Jubilee campus - Staff ID card or email with signature strip confirming company / location
Honorary appointments - Letter from University confirming honorary appointment

NHS / Blue Light card members

Please upload a scanned copy or image demonstrating one of the below:

NHS Employee staff ID card
Blue Light Card membership (with valid expiry date)

Classic Club members

Please upload a scanned copy or image of a document showing that you are aged 50 or over. This could be for example;

Driving licence
Passport

Corporate members

Please upload a scanned copy or image of your staff ID card for one of the following organisations:

Ministry of Defence
Barton Bros
Steven Gerrard Academy (players aged 16+, staff and coaches)

NTU Sport members

Please upload a scanned copy or image of your student ID card - front and back. If you are a NTU Sport member, please ensure the sport sticker is visible on the card.
