University of Nottingham Sport will be extending their offer during Ramadan to accommodate for members who will be fasting over the next month. We will be offering extended opening times, 1-1 fitness programmes and guidance.

University of Nottingham trial Quiet Times in UoN Sport Fitness Suites for Term 3

Description
From 18th May, we will be trialling set "quiet times" at University of Nottingham Fitness Suites to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all to exercise in. This will make the experience more comfortable for members with autism, high levels of social anxiety and also those who prefer working out in a quieter environment.

University of Nottingham is the first University in the UK to host weekly Concussion Clinic

Description
On 11th April, the University of Nottingham will be opening their Concussion Clinic. The clinic will support those during a concussion injury and help with the return to learning, daily activities and return to sporting activities. The clinic is open to all University students, schools and colleges as well as local groups or clubs.

University of Nottingham American Football Prospect Day - 11th May 2019

Description
The University of Nottingham are excited to announce their first "Prospect Day" for any student athlete who is considering playing American Football at University - the first event of this kind in the United Kingdom.Held on 11th May at Nottingham's University Park Campus, the event will combine athletic testing and on-field coaching, alongside tours of campus and more information about the admissions process, and will serve as an opportunity for young American Footballers to find out more about the University application process, as well as answering some much needed questions on entry requirements.
