A winning night for The University of Nottingham at the Sport Nottinghamshire Awards 2015

Description
Last night, the greats of the sporting profession in the Nottinghamshire area gathered to celebrate and be celebrated for their skills, commitment and dedication to sport at the Nottinghamshire Sport Awards 2015. A record five of our very own coaches and projects had been shortlisted; an outstanding achievement within itself. As everyone gathered at the Nottingham Conference Centre, videos were played showcasing the highlights of Nottinghamshire's sporting achievements over the past year, from the Cerebral Palsy World Games - part of which was hosted at Highfields, to the development of the David Ross Sports Centre; the University of Nottingham was certainly well featured. The evening, with awards presented by previous winners including Oliver Hynd MBE and gymnastic sisters Ellie and Becky Downie, was made a truly memorable one when three of our shortlisted candidates were announced as overall category winners.
