Fees and funding

Postgraduate taught students are responsible for arranging their own funding to cover fees and living expenses

It is best to apply early for your course, giving yourself the maximum amount of time to look for available funding.

The  University's postgraduate funding webpage provides information on scholarships and other sources of funding including:

  • Postgraduate loans
  • Professional and career development loans
  • Disabled Students Allowances (DSA)

Postgraduate certificates and diplomas may not be eligible for the same funding as full masters courses.

Scholarships are often intended for full masters degrees. This also applies to the new UK postgraduate loans, which aren’t available for postgraduate certificates and diplomas.
