Welcome to the Homepage of the University of Nottingham's Division of Food Sciences.
The Division, located in the School of Biosciences at the Sutton Bonington Campus, is an International Centre for both fundamental and industrial Biochemical, Microbiological, Food and Brewing Science teaching and research. The National Centre for Macromolecular Hydrodynamics is also located within the Division.
