Module Content:
The core topics covered by this course include leadership, power, group and teams, change, culture, learning, conflict, diversity and motivation.

Module Aims:
Managing people is a course that draws principally on the field of Organizational Behaviour (OB). OB is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structures have on behaviour within organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization's effectiveness.

Module Assessment:
Individual Work-Based Project 3,500 Words (80%); Group Presentation during the one week intensive block (20 min presentation with 10 mins Q&A) (20%)
