Module Content:
Strategic analysis; industry analysis; positioning; creating and sustaining competitive advantage; diversification; strategic decision making; strategy practice and implementation; strategy and organisation; strategic leadership.

Module Aims:
Building upon core modules studied in Semester One. It aims to provide an integrated perspective on strategic behaviour. Aims to highlight the evolution of strategic thinking over time and how this has affected business over time

Module Assessment:
Individual Coursework (5000 words) (100%)
