Organisational Development and Change

Module Content:
This module will explore theories and concepts related to the areas of organisational development, work and systems design and organisational change. For example, students will be encouraged to reflect on how theories concerned with job design, motivation, groups and teams, communication, organisational culture, technology, systems design and organisational change can be applied in practice. In doing so, they will explore how to be an effective leader, implementer and recipient of change.

Module Aims:
To introduce students to organisational development, work and systems design and the nature and process of organisational change

Module Assessment:
Individual Coursework (4,000 words) (100%)
