Module Content:
The module is designed to provide a practical perspective on the task of leading an entrepreneurial firm, managing the firm's growth, and developing a strategic plan to direct the firm
Leading entrepreneurial growth will equip students to manage decisions under conditions of uncertainty. Students will be encouraged to evaluate different options for growth and that there is no single framework when it comes to developing a strategy to generate profitable expansion.

Module Aims:
• Develop confidence when using judgment under
uncertainty.
• Understand how to model growth based on venture
Creation and value capture
• Examine the typical managerial challenges of growth
• Understand how to develop a strategic plan for growth
• Explore different leadership styles, personal development
and careers anchors.

Module Assessment:
Individual Coursework (4,000 words) (100%) (100%)
