Pre-requisites: N11120 (Business Law A).

Co-requisites: None.

Target Students: Available to all students with the pre-requisite N11120 Business Law A.

Delivery: 10 weekly two-hour lectures, 1 one-hour revision lecture and 4 one-hour seminars (offered once a fortnight).

Assessment: One 1.5-hour essay-based examination (100%)

Exam Format:Section A: Answer FOUR out of SIX short essay questions (40%) Section B: Answer ONE out of TWO problem questions (60%)

Aims This module improves participants understanding of law in a business context by building upon the foundation provided in the module N11120 (Business Law A).
