Let us know how you would like to graduate.
Graduation is fast-approaching and we’re busy planning each ceremony, making sure everything is in place ready for your big day.
Registration for graduation is now open via NottinghamHub and you will need to let us know how you would like to graduate by 5pm on Friday 7 June.
We’d love for you to join us and celebrate your achievements with friends and loved ones, but if this isn’t possible please still register and let us know your intentions.
To help, we’ve also put together a ‘How to register’ video, to make registration as easy as possible.
Your graduation options are:
- Attend your ceremony in July
- Choose to defer and attend at a later date
- Graduate in absentia and receive your certificate and transcripts through the post
Alumni communications
During the registration process, you have the choice to opt-in to receive alumni communications after you graduate. By doing so, you will benefit from your alumni experience 'Connected we thrive', designed to help you grow who and what you know.
Name pronunciation
We want to make sure your name is announced correctly on the day. If you think your name could be mispronounced, you can provide a phonetic spelling of your name via our online form. This form will close at 5pm on Wednesday 10 July.

Guest tickets
As part of registration, you are able to select up to two free guest tickets for loved ones to attend and celebrate with you. Where available, extra tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday 18 June.
Additional guest tickets may be available to purchase for your ceremony from Tuesday 18 - Wednesday 26 June.
