Guest tickets

Graduating students who registered to attend a ceremony by 12 noon on 14 November were able to purchase up to two guest tickets during the registration process, at a cost of £15 each, via our ticket partner Ede and Ravenscroft.

Guest tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands, which will allow each guest entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and guest wristbands will be handed out when you check-in on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

Extra guest tickets

Advance ticket sales are now closed. There may be the option to purchase extra tickets on the day of your ceremony from the graduation marquee. See the table below for availability.

Important information:

Tickets can only be purchased on the day of your ceremony.
Extra tickets cost £15 each and live stream venue tickets cost £7.50 each, and payment can only be made by card.
Extra tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not limited per student.
Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.

Live stream venue tickets

For those who are unable to purchase a ceremony hall ticket (or prefer a quieter venue), there is a live stream venue at East Midlands Conference Centre where you can watch the ceremony and then join in the celebrations at the post-ceremony event. Tickets cost £7.50 each and include a celebratory drink and sweet treat.

Live stream venue tickets may be available to purchase on the day of your ceremony from the graduation marquee. See the table above for availability.

Prefer to watch it from home?

The ceremonies will be streamed live and are free for you to view online. Please note, the live stream is only available in real time and will not be accessible after the event.
