Applications are invited for a Teaching Associate in Early Modern Literature and Drama

The post is to provide cover for Professor Julie Sanders in the School of English during her secondment to the University Campus in China. The person appointed will undertake teaching in early modern literature and drama and related topics in the School of English.

Candidates must have a PhD (or equivalent), in English Literature and/or Drama. The successful applicant should have teaching experience in a Higher Education context and be able to teach Literature and Drama at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. An ability to teach film would be welcome.

This full-time post is available from 1 September 2013 and will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2015. The post is open to job share.
