On first log on, some employees are being asked to ‘answer’ a security question before they have ‘set the answer’ to the security question.
The most likely reason for this is that you have entered an incorrect username/employee number or password. Remember, if you are a casual/associate then you should log on using your employee number – even though you may have a username you must still log on using your employee number. Please see the User Guide for details on how to obtain a password when logging on with your employee number. All other staff should log on using their username and password – please check carefully that you have entered these correctly.
Unable to amend sort code on the bank details form.
Employees needing to change their bank details should email: Payroll@nottingham.ac.uk
with the details of the sort code change. For security purposes, Payroll will then contact the individual to verify the update before applying.
