Description
Our Engage Inclusive Sports Day is a relaxed afternoon where you can try out lots of different sports offered on our Engage programme.

Run by our friendly Engage coordinators, the Engage Inclusive Sports Day  is the perfect way to try out new sports and meet other students from across the University. For all students, including those with a disability and/or a long-term health condition, we've made sure it's as easy as possible for you to get involved with our dedicated Disability Sport Officer and Ambassador on hand.

It doesn't matter if you've played the sport before or are a complete novice - all welcome!

Sports that you will be able to try include:
  • Handball (including wheelchairs)
  • Aikido
  • Goalball
  • Climbing
  • Wheelchair basketball
  • Trampoline
  • Horse riding
The Engage Inclusive Sports Day is free-of-charge and you can arrive at any time during the event. Please just make sure that you're wearing clothing that you can get active in.

If you enjoy a session, then all sports are offered on our popular Engage programme throughout the term. Engage  sessions are free for UoN sports and fitness members or just £3 session if you don't have a membership.
