 Good Sexual Health Includes:

• Feeling good about yourself
• Having the knowledge, skills and ability to protect yourself and your partner against sexually transmitted infections/unwanted pregnancy
• Feeling comfortable about your sexual orientation and feeling accepted
• Being able to choose to have sex or not to have sex
• Good sexual health is free from exploitation, oppression, and physical or emotional harm 

Sexual Health Services Available at the University

• The C-Card Scheme-
  
  If you are under 25 you can get free condoms through the c-card scheme. To get a c-card you need to register onto the scheme.
• Free Chlamydia screening-
  
  Chlamydia is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the U.K. It affects around 1 in 10 sexually active young people. Most people who have Chlamydia have no symptoms. Testing and treatment is simple and free.
• Worried about sexually transmitted infections?
  
  The University of Nottingham Health Service provide a comprehensive screening service to registered patients.
