Travel
Travel by rail
The nearest train station is Nottingham Station, which is a 10-minute tram journey, 15 to 20-minute bus journey (not including walking to/from bus or tram stops) or a 10-minute taxi journey to Jubilee Campus.
Please consult the National Rail website prior to travel for any information related to line closures or delays.
Travel by bus
The Nottingham City Transport (NCTX) Orange Line 34, 35 and 36 buses travel to the south end of campus. Disembark the bus at the stop ‘Hillside for Gatehouse Lodge’ if you are travelling on the Orange Line buses 34, 35 or 36.
NCTX Pink Line buses 28, 29 (term time only) and 30 stop at the north end of campus. Disembark the bus at the stop ‘Jubilee Campus’ if you are travelling on the Pink Line buses 28, 29 or 30.
Visit the NCTX website for timetables and disruptions.
Trent Barton also run two buses that stop at the south end of campus: the i4 and the Indigo. Visit the Trent Barton website for timetables and disruptions.
Please note that if you are taking the bus after arriving by train, you may have to walk into the city centre to catch a bus.
Travel by tram
NET Trams run from multiple stops in the city centre to campus. Disembark at the tram stop ‘Gregory Street Tram Stop’. It is then an 15-minute walk to Jubilee Campus.
When travelling to campus, only embark on trams on the Toton Lane-Hucknall line, as you cannot get to campus on trams to Clifton South.
You must purchase a ticket before you use the tram. Ticket machines are located at each tram stop. Simply follow the instructions on the touch screen and pay by either cash, card, Apple pay or Google pay. Should you run into any difficulty, help points are available at each tram stop.
Travel by car
Pay and Display car parking is available on campus (grid references E2 and E3 on the Jubilee Campus Map). We recommend using public transport where possible, as parking space is limited.
There is also the Park and Ride scheme available, where you can park and use the tram.
Travel by bike
Cycle parking is available near most buildings on campus. A map of the cycle parking facilities is available on the university’s website.
Accommodation
The Jubilee Hotel is the on-site hotel and is a five-minute walk from most areas of the campus. There is also its sister hotel on University Park campus (The Orchard Hotel), though we recommend the Jubilee Hotel due to proximity.
There are also many hotels in Nottingham's city centre that are a short journey on public transport. Please note that if you are travelling by car, parking is limited in the centre and can be expensive.
We recommend booking accommodation as soon as you are able to ensure availability.
