Dr. Andri Georgiadou is an Associate Professor in the Nottingham University Business School. Her expertise centers around equality, diversity, and inclusion at work, with a focus on relational and interdisciplinary perspectives.

Dr Georgiadou is an Associate Editor of Gender Work & Organization and the Review Editor of International Studies of Management & Organization. She is a member of the below British Standards Institution (BSI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) committees:

- Human Resource Management

Her research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Human Resource Management Journal, Gender Work & Organization, Journal of International Management, and European Management Review, among others. She has also contributed to numerous book chapters.

Dr. Georgiadou's outstanding contributions have earned her recognition from prestigious institutions such as the Academy of International Business, Fulbright, European Academy of Management, and the Greek International Women Awards.

She actively collaborates with a wide range of organisations, providing support to achieve sustainable results in enhancing inclusion within the hybrid workplace. Additionally, she is the founder of the Equality Inclusion Diversity Centre (EQUIDY), a non-governmental organisation dedicated to advancing inclusion and diversity.

My teaching philosophy rests on three pillars: ensuring my students achieve a deep understanding of the material, familiarising them with scholarly research, and preparing them for their professional careers. Over the course of my career, I have been given the opportunity to design, lead, and teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive courses (online and on-campus) on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Strategic Human Resource Management, Cross-cultural Management.

My work revolves around addressing significant problems and answering vital questions that workplaces encounter, with a specific focus on equality, inclusion, and diversity at work from comparative perspectives.
