Teresa Pereira Heath is assistant professor in marketing at the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS). Her publications and research interest focus primarily on consumption, ethics, and critical marketing. She introduced the ethics of care to the study of ethical consumption (at the 2012's Thematic Symposium: Beyond the Attitude - Behaviour Gap., ICCSR Conference, Nottingham) and is currently applying this framework to research in responsible marketing education. In 2008 she was awarded an Emerald Citation of Excellence and in 2015 received the Academy of Marketing Individual Teaching Excellence Award. She has published in a variety of journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, the European Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Marketing Management, the International Journal of Consumer studies and the Journal of Consumer Behaviour.
