Dr. Ziming Cai is Assistant Professor in HRM. He joined the School in 2011.Dr. Ziming Cai is a Member of the Senate of University of Nottingham and the Research Ethics Committee of NUBS. He also works as University of Nottingham Ningbo Campus (UNNC) Exchange Student Tutor.

Previously he was a Senior Lecturer in HRM at the University of the West of England, where he also worked as the Director of MSc in International HRM. He has published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Corporate Finance.

Research Interests
International HRM; Comparative HRM; HRM in MNCs; HRM in Emerging Economies; National Culture and HRM.

I am currently recruiting new PhD students studying HRM and International HRM. Qualified candidates interested in these areas please contact me.
