Research Topic:Access to care and the co-production of services.
Research Details:The PhD, funded by the Health Foundation, will contribute to, and facilitate the development of a new wound care pathway. It seeks to explore access to care and the co-production of services which may, or may not be currently responsive to the needs of clients.This will be undertaken by exploring the decision-making strategies of individuals, social capital and socio-economic status, through an empirical study of patients with a diagnosis of chronic oedema in two service localities.
