Thinking about your career, applying for jobs, and being at work can be exciting and rewarding, but sometimes these activities can also present challenges and might be a source of stress or anxiety. So, we’re here to help you to navigate any issues.

Explore our Career Wellbeing NOOC

This online hub focuses on some of the things that might cause you concern and provides helpful advice, alongside ‘how to...’ resources that will guide you through useful techniques you can try for yourself, and forums so that you can share reflections with others.

Dip in wherever you wish or complete the NOOC as a Nottingham Advantage Award module.
