I was born into the Sikh faith and raised in a Punjabi family where spiritual care and community service were part of everyday life. The values of Sikhi — like kindness, courage, and serving others — where we live these in our day-to-day life.

As I’ve grown in my own spiritual journey, I’ve found strength, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose through my faith. Sikhi has helped me face challenges with courage and reminded me of the power of compassion and connection.

Now, as a Sikh chaplain, I’m here to support others — whether they’re going through tough times, seeking guidance, or simply looking for someone to talk to. My role is to offer a listening ear, share wisdom from our faith, and help people feel seen, supported, and cared for.

It’s an honour to walk alongside others in their journeys, and to serve with the spirit of seva — selfless service — at the heart of everything I do.
