American and Canadian Studies PhD student interviewed by BBC

Description
Maxwell Ayamba, an American and Canadian Studies student took part in celebrating the 70th anniversary of the creation of National Parks in the UK in 1951. The event took place at Castleton, BBC Countryfile were in attendance and Maxwell was one of those they interviewed.

Karen Salt chairs Reverse Select Committee in Parliament

Dr Karen Salt (American and Canadian Studies), recently chaired what AHRC/GCRF and the International Development Committee (IDC) of the House of Commons refers to as the Reverse Select Committee during the recent Mobilising Global Voices event in Parliament.
