Learn about the portrayal of history for German pupils during the Third Reich and the importance of objectivity. It won't be a problem if you're not fluent in German, as there will be explanatory texts next to the original textbooks. There are also English textbooks. There are also English text books for learners of German, that where published around the same time and deal with the topic of the Third Reich.
